5 steps to level up your dalgona coffee with Medella

While you're cooped up at home and spending most mornings scrolling social media, you'll definitely have noticed the hype around this creamy time-killer: dalgona coffee. What in the world is it? In a nutshell, it's a caffeine fix, dessert and arm workout all rolled into one dreamy cup of layers!

We're here to bring the Medella flex to the table by adding our own twist to this internet favourite.

What you'll need:
• 2 tbsp instant coffee
• 1 1/2 tbsp Medella Organic Coconut Sugar
• 2 tbsp hot water
• 1-2 cups milk (you can opt for a fragrant coconut milk variety by incorporating the Medella Organic Coconut Cream Powder)
• ice optional

What you'll need to do:
1. Whisk coffee, sugar and hot water together with a mixer for 2-5 minutes or a fork for 45 minutes.
2. A good indicator is to whisk the mix to a foamy consistency or with stiff peaks.
3. In a glass, add milk and ice then top with coffee foam.
4. Important: take a picture of your levelled up dalgona coffee, tag @medellacoco and post on Instagram.
