What you'll need:
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 75g of Medella Organic Coconut Cream Powder mixed with 150ml of warm water (use more water to dilute the consistency)
- 8 Oreo Cookies
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Whipped cream for serving (optional)
- Chocolate syrup (optional)
What you'll need to do:
- Add the ice cream, milk and Oreo cookies to your blender. Blend it until it is smooth. If you would like it with a bit of a crunchy texture from the cookies, turn off the blender before it becomes completely smooth.
- Serve it in two large glasses with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and extra Oreo cookies if you'd like.
