Calling all matcha lovers! Here's a recipe to spice up your ordinary matcha latte using Medella's Organic Coconut Cream Powder. If you'd like to change up your normal cup of hot tea or coffee, you can try this too!
Ingredients
- ½ - 1 teaspoon matcha
- ½ cup hot water
- 25g Medella Organic Cream Powder
- Maple syrup, honey, stevia, or other sweeteners (optional)
Instructions
- Sift your matcha so it is lump-free.
- Add the matcha into a large mug and the hot water. Whisk it briskly, in an up and down motion until it is frothy (about 30 seconds or so). Add the Medella Organic Coconut Cream Powder and whisk until it is well combined.
- Taste test and dd additional water, cream powder, and/or sweetener if needed.
