Blueberry Mug Cake

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Medella Organic Coconut Flour
½ tsp baking powder
25 g fresh blueberries
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp of Medella Organic Coconut Sugar
1 large egg
¼ pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
- Add the butter and cream cheese to a mug and microwave for 20 seconds then mix with a fork.
- Add the baking powder, Medella Organic Coconut Flour and Medella Organic Coconut Sugar into the mug and mix it.
- Combine the egg into the mixture.
- Gently combine the salt and fresh blueberries. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Flip the mug over onto a plate or you can eat it right out of the mug. Dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream!
