We hope you're still staying safe at home. Want a little snack in between work or studies? Try out this simple low-carb recipe for some fruity goodness!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add the butter and cream cheese to a mug and microwave for 20 seconds then mix with a fork.
  2. Add the baking powder, Medella Organic Coconut Flour and Medella Organic Coconut Sugar into the mug and mix it.
  3. Combine the egg into the mixture.
  4. Gently combine the salt and fresh blueberries. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  5. Flip the mug over onto a plate or you can eat it right out of the mug. Dust with powdered sugar or top with whipped cream!
