Baked Salmon with Coconut Sugar Glaze

Who loves salmon? Here’s a new flavor that you might want to try out!



  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Whisk together the Medella Organic Coconut Sugar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with salad, rice, pasta or on its own.
