Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Medella Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 boneless salmon fillets
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper. Whisk together the Medella Organic Coconut Sugar and Dijon mustard in a small bowl.
- Spoon the mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets.
- Bake the salmon for 15 to 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with salad, rice, pasta or on its own.
