MCT Berry Smoothie

Your pantry has probably everything you need for you to whip up a quick and simple smoothie but to really take it up a notch, might we suggest adding a few drops of Medella MCT Oil to really satiate?

Just a spoonful of Medella MCT Oil in the morning is enough to keep you filled and fuelled to kickstart your day! Try this recipe out to see how you can include Medella MCT Oil in your daily diet.

What you'll need:

  • 2 cups of milk of choice (regular dairy or any plant-based milk will do)
  • 2 cups of frozen berries of choice (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, whatever you have on hand works)
  • 1 tablespoon of Medella MCT Oil
  • 1 tablespoon of whipped cream (optional, if you're feeling extra)

What you'll need to do:

  1. Place everything in a blender and and blend till smooth and combined.
  2. If the consistency is too thick, feel free to add more milk to loosen.
  3. Top with whipped cream and sip!
