Pacific Series: Wholemeal Coconut Flour (with testa)
A low-carb, gluten-free flour made from 100% natural and pure mature coconuts handpicked and processed in the Solomon Islands. Coconut meat is ground in water and sieved dry to remove moisture. It is then dried and further ground to produce the flour. Coconut flour is high in dietary fibres and low in sugars and carbohydrates. Use in cooking and baking as a substitute to regular flour; ideal for diebetics.
Wholemeal coconut flour contains testa which has more natural antioxidants that includes tocopherols, tocotrienols and phenolics compared to the coconut kernel oil.
