_ 3 big onions, chopped
_ 1 potato, chopped
_ 1 tomato, chopped
_ 1/2 lemon
_ 2 garlic cloves
_ 2” ginger
_ 10 curry leaves

This recipe feeds 4-5 adults comfortably. This recipe took Aunty Pam 30 minutes to whip up, but if you're new to cooking, allow yourself some room for error and tell your family that dinner will be ready in 45 minutes. This recipe is moderately spicy. Adjust the heat index by adding more or less of the Chilli Powder mix to the pot.
